050212 Games that didn’t make the cut!

"Mighty" Mike Wright and Chris Doelle mention some of the games that didn't make the cut for the Top 25 Games of the Year for 2011.  It's hard to believe that games this great weren't good enough to make the cut, but that happens when you're talking about "the greatest sport from the greatest state" - Texas high school football!!

Including:

  • Some games that DID NOT make the 2011 Games of the Year
    • Southlake Carroll over Ft. Bend Hightower in the 5A Division I Championship Game
    • Aldine Eisenhower 42, Ft. Bend Hightower 41
    • Midland Greenwood comes back to beat Andrews 62-61
    •  Lucas Lovejoy takes out Frisco 64-62 despite a great running game by Carlos Harris' 446 yds & 7TDs
    • Daingerfield knocks off New Boston in OT 54-48
    • LaPorte  knocks off Katy 9-7
  • Shoutouts from Rodney Blackshear who played at Houston Reagan  & Riley Dodge who played his football at Southlake Carroll.
