  • Mike Says: Both of these teams lost in Week 0 as Daingerfield was upset and Clarksville lost a close one to TOP 10 Hughes Springs. Daingerfield will rely on WR Edwin Mims to make the plays. Clarksville's offense has 367 yards passing and 237 yards rushing so far. They are led by DL Stephen McPeters (21 tackles) and WR/LB Gary Moore (20 tackles 5 catches 146 yards 2 TDS receiving. This is a battle of the Tigers. The DAINGERFIELD TIGERS wins it 34-18!!
  • Chris Says: TIGERS win it!!! Oh wait, I guess I have to say a little more and actually choose which Tigers I'm referring to. You have to admire Clarksville and the brass cajones that went into putting together this part of their schedule. For sure, they will be ready and battle tested come playoff time. But, I have a hard time picking against Daingerfield even though they regularly lose one they aren't supposed to. The trouble is, they've already done that once this season. The thought of them losing again seems a lot more unlikely than Clarksville doing so. DAINGERFIELD wins it 21-18!!!

Are you a fan of either team? Call the voicemail line and leave a message about the game (713) 568-6361. Tell everyone at your school to do the same – then listen in future Lone Star Gridiron Shows to hear them all!!!
