Mike Says: These two teams both represented Texas last week in the Southwest Showcase at Pennington Field in Bedford, Texas. Euless and DeSoto beat two Oklahoma powers. Euless also traveled all the way to Washington state to take on Bellevue where they lost in OT. The Trojans are once again strong up front especially on defense with Hafoka Olie, Gaius Vaenuku and Samiuela Tevi leading the way. The Eagles are also very talented with stars like RB Dontre Wilson, OL Sergio Phillips, LB Taylor Young, WR Kyle Collins, WR Ricky Daniels and DB Myron Turner. So far this year, both teams have played very tough teams. The difference is that Euless has been struggling while DeSoto has been rolling. The EAGLES win it 30-21!!

Chris Says: Between these two teams, they've only played one game involving a Texas high school football opponent. Both have beat up on a team from Oklahoma, but what does that mean? So what do we know about these teams? DeSoto beat two teams they were supposed to.... Euless beat one and loss a close one in overtime. We will know so much more about both these teams AFTER this game, which makes it a tough one to call right now. I am again flipping a coin on this one. The EAGLES take the win 31-24!!!
