Katy Seven Lakes takes 2014 DI 7-on-7 State Championship

Katy Seven Lakes made it all look easy in their run to the 7 on 7 State Championships. The Spartans had one test early in pool play. It was a 33-32 win over Fort Worth South Hills. After going 3-0 in pool play, their only real contest on their path to the title game was their (34-32) victory over A&M Consolidated in the opening round. From that point forward, the Spartans were never really challenged as they took home their first ever 7 on 7 State Championship trophy.
