The big shocker here is that while Aledo looks to be headed to the title game, we have Crosby taking home the ring.  Ennis on the other hand looks ready for another state championship trophy.

Mike Says: We have 3 teams returning to the state championship game this year. The only change is that Crosby replaces Temple. Crosby brings back a lot of talent and is our surprise pick to win it all in Division I. In Division II, it is a re-match between Ennis and Cedar Park. I know....Cedar Park wants revenge but it will not be enough. Ennis wins their 2nd in a row. In Division I, I am looking forward to the Region II Quarterfinals game between Longview and Tyler John Tyler. There is nothing like a couple of East Texas powers going at it. Richmond George Ranch makes it to the Quarterfinals again in their young history. Corpus Christi Flour Bluff is a newcomer to the big stage in Region IV. In Division II, Fort Worth South Hills is a shocking team in the Quarterfinals.

Chris Says:  In my side of our preseason rankings, I have Aledo edging out Crosby for the title but either way, these are the two teams I see playing for it. I think it will be Temple in the Region III final instead of Richmond George Ranch but either way, Crosby moves forward.  I think the game that interests me the most is the Semi-final matchup in Division I featuring Aledo vs Longview.  That could be a battle for the ages.  The Division II Semi-final also looks to be a great game when Ennis faces off against Everman.  It is a shame that I am going to have to pick one since its doubtful they will be played at the same place.
