2015 Lone Star Gridiron Class 6A Offensive Player of the Year
Winner : QB Sam Ehlinger (Austin Westlake)
Austin Westlake Junior Quarterback Sam Ehlinger wins this awards after completing 241 passes on 391 attempts for 3,833 yards and 50 touchdowns passing. He also had 1,360 yards and 20 touchdowns rushing.

2. RB Kyle Porter (Katy)
Katy running back Kyle Porter stepped in as the latest great running back for the Tigers leading them to the state championship. This was the 2nd year in a row for a Katy Running Back to make this list.

3. RB Kennedy Brooks (Mansfield)
Mansfield Junior running back Kennedy Brooks was the states top rusher with 3,452 yards.

4. RB Devin Duvernay (Garland Sachse)
Garland Sachse receiver Devin Duvernay was one of the states top receivers with 1,102 yards. He led Sachse into the playoffs.

5. RB Trevor Speights (McAllen Memorial)
McAllen Memorial running back Trevor Speights finished the season as the states #3 rusher with 3,195 rushing yards. He broke all kinds of records during his career. He finished with 969 attempts for 9,868 yards and 116 rushing touchdowns.
