New University of Texas Head Football Coach, Tom Herman has completed hiring his staff and Thursday held a press conference to lay out what fans can expect from the Herman Era of Longhorn Football.  In it, he talks extensively about his new staff and vision for the Longhorns.  Notably, the depth chart is completely empty and every player will earn their spot.
