Mike Says: In Division I, we have Mason playing in their 3rd state championship since 2011 and getting the win over De Leon who has not played for a title since 1990. In Division II, we have last years Division I champion Mart winning back to back titles. This will make their 11th state championship game putting them in a tie for 2nd place all-time. We have them playing Wellington who's only championship game was in 2013.
Chris Says: It looks like a couple teams are dreaming of a Purple Christmas. Yes, we have Mason and Mart both hoisting the championship trophy. But we also see some surprises with De Leon and Wellington making it to the title game. With teams like Refugio, Muenster, Albany and others poised and ready to grab those spot though, anything could happen.
