Mike Says: Aledo looks to be the top team again. They will be challenged by Fort Bend Marshall, Marshall, Huntsville and Manvel. As always, never count out Corpus Christi Calallen.
Chris Says: Who can stop Aledo? I'm really not sure. In his 2019 Team Preview video Fort Bend Marshall's Coach James Williams said, "we're fortunate to have quite a few guys back from last years team. We can expect a defense that should be stronger this year." That sounds like they intend to make a return to the title game. Don't overlook Manvel - I expect big things from the Mavericks this year. Marshall is another squad that seems to feel they have found the right pieces to surprise a lot of doubters.
