Texans Dominate 2020 Draft

For the previous three years a former Texas player was picked #1 in the NFL draft. This year, that streak ended, but Texas was not only well-represented in the draft, 2020 included more former Texan players than any other state.
NFL teams selected 33 Texans this year. LSG photographer Samuel DeLeon compiled this list showing the player name, position, college class, university, high school, team drafting and pick order.
You can bet that many more former Texas players will become NFL players via free agency.
California came in 2nd with 23 players selected.
