2011 Coaching Change -- Paris Wildcats
Old Head Coach: Travis Smith -- Reassigned after leading the Wildcats to a 19-23 record over four seasons. His teams went to the playoffs in 2008 and 2009 but they missed out in 2010 with a 4-6 overall record and a 2-3 finish in district play.
New Head Coach: Barry Bowman -- Led Class 2A Daingerfield to three consecutive state championships during his 3 years there. His record with the Tigers was 44-3!! Was also Head Coach at Bullard from 2001-2003 where he led them to a 14-16 record. After that Bowman was an assistant at Longview Pine Tree. His all-time coaching record is 58-19.
