Mike Says: The Panthers made a surprising run to the championship game last year. It was only surprising because they were so young. This year a veteran group of juniors and sophomores lead the way. JR DeNerian Thomas, JR LB Collin Nail and SOPH D'Marcus Cosby will lead the Panthers to the Championship game again this year. Their games against Rogers and Goldthwaite will be good ones to watch.

Chris Says: There are a lot of things I love about Mart. I love the history behind the team. I love the rabid fan base. I love the new helmets. I love the head coach's name - Rusty Nail! I love the fact that their first signup for The Brotherhood (Bill McKinney) is one of the oldest members. More than all of that though, I love how good this team is. The Panthers bring back a lot of talent and there is no reason why they won't be playing in December. They have some seriously strong opponents in the regular season and it just gets tougher in the playoffs, but these Panthers can hang. It is going to a great run.
