Suggs Takes Over At Galveston Ball

David Suggs has been selected as thew new athletic coordinator/head football coach at Galveston Ball High School. He replaces Ron Holmes, who announced his retirement after six seasons as the Tornadoes head coach.
Suggs has beem a head coach for 11 seasons. He has coached at Fort Bend Willowridge (1998-2000), Port Arthur Lincoln (2001), Beaumont Central (2002-03) and Aldine Nimitz (2004-08). He was also an assistant at La Marque under Alan Weddell from 1990-93 and his first game was a Clash of the Causeway between La Marque and Ball High.
