Coaching Changes — Bullard

Bullard has hired Southlake Carroll's defensive coordinator Shannon Wilson to their next athletic director and head coach. Wilson will replace Jim Taylor who was reassigned after last season.

Taylor has been the head coach for the Panthers for 3 seasons goin 10-20 during that time. Wilson has been the defensive coordinator at Southlake for the past four years. He has also coached at Irving and Duncanville. This will be his first head coaching opportunity.

Bullard will be a member of District 17-3A along with Athens, Brownsboro, Rusk and Tyler Chapel Hill. The Panthers have had only 1 winning season in the last 8 years and the most wins they have had in a season over the last 16 years is only 6.
