Notes:
The Woodlands will battle Lufkin again for the district title and get another winning seasons for the 12th time in the last 13 years. Look for RB Lasco to have a great season (2000+ yards). The Highlanders play a great pre-district schedule with Monterey Tech Mexico, Fort Bend Hightower and Tyler Lee on the list. Expect them to go 7-3 or 8-2 and make a trip to at least the Regionals. It will be a tough road in the playoffs with a first round matchup probably against one of the Klein schools and then Austin Westlake or Round Rock Stony Point waiting a few rounds later.
