Mike Says: The defending 3A Division I Champions Henderson Lions are set for their biggest challenge. That comes in the form of the 8 time state champions Celina Bobcats. Celina has rolled through the playoffs against very tough competition. For Henderson to win, they will need a big game from quarterback LaBradford Barnes (2604 passing yards 32 touchdowns). They will get it. The LIONS win 28-27!!!
Chris Says: This is a tough matchup. Do you go with the perennial winner - the Celina Bobcats or do you go with the recent powerhouse - the Henderson Lions? Can I just say that a cat of some sort will win? Not good enough? Okay, well it goes against my better judgement to ever pick against Celina, but we are talking about a Henderson team that won the state championship last season and shows no signs of slowing with this amazing playoff run. I am going to have to say LIONS get the win 35-33!!!
