Mike Says: This is a battle of two district champions. Harmony won district 9-2A while Crockett won district 11-2A. The Eagles from Harmony are advancing to the 3rd round of the playoffs for the first time in school history. Crockett lost in this round last year and now have back to back 10 win seasons. I always like to pull for the underdog which is Harmony. Crockett is too good though. The BULLDOGS win 27-14!!!
Chris Says: Crockett is a "tough nut to crack" this season - eleven teams have tried and only one was successful. They put up some solid numbers all year and show no signs of slowing. The Harmony defense however, will try to change that. They say that defense wins championships and this is a good test case. The wheels came off the defense a couple of times this season for Harmony, but the same thing happened to Crockett when facing tough opponents. Will the Bulldogs offense be too much for the Harmony defense? Yes, BULLDOGS win 24-20!!!
