2012 Coaching Change: Farwell Steers
Old Head Coach: Mike Prokop — Leaving for 2A Friona. He led the Steers to a 19-6 record over 2 seasons.
New Head Coach: Taylor Read -- Was an assistant with the Steers
Team News: The Steers will be staying in District 3-1A Division II with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Bovina, Springlake Earth, Morton and Sudan.
