2012 Coaching Change: New Diana Eagles
Old Head Coach: Roger Adams — Leaving for 2A Gladewater Union Grove. Was at New Diana for the past 4 years going 17-23. His only other head coaching position was at 4A Hallsville from 1998-2004 going 45-31. He has also been an assistant at Hallsville and Kilgore.
New Head Coach: Brett Ratliff -- Was the Offensive Coordinator at Conroe Caney Creek. He has also been an assistant at The Woodlands College Park.
Team News: The Eagles will be moving down to District 9-2A Division II from 9-2A Division I with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be DeKalb, Elysian Fields, Hughes Springs, Linden-Kildare, Omaha Paul Pewitt, Ore City and Waskom.
