Mike Says: The Wildcats only 2 losses last year came with they scored 28 and 27 points in the game. In their 10 wins, they scored at least 35 points and scored over 50 six times. This years team will be very young and will depend on a strong offensive line to lead them. Look for them to go 8-2 or 7-3 in the regular season. Their final game against Grandview should decide the district championship.

Chris Says: The talk surrounding Godley last season was their high-powered offense, and the lockdown defense was overlooked. It won't be that way this year. While they do bring back some good experience on the offense, most of their returners are on the D. Look for more of the same solid defensive play to be the difference in a lot of their games. They have a good shot at the District 12-2A Division Championship, but even if they finish 2nd, will have a good playoff run.
