Mike Says: The Cougars have only 12 lettermen coming back this season. They have now missed out on the playoffs for 2 straight seasons and they may not make it again this year. Look for the to go 4-6 or 5-5 in the regular season and come in 5th or 6th in the district. Only 1 or 2 more wins gets them into the playoffs.

Chris Says: It is still going to take me a couple more years before I stop referring to Northside Clark as San Antonio Clark - old habits are hard to break. Another habit that is hard to break is losing and that is what the Clark Cougars have been doing. I would love to say that this is the year that it turns back to their old winning ways, but they just graduated so much experience. Sure, they could surprise everyone and be a lot better than expected, but it is unlikely. A playoff run looks like another season away.
