2013 Coaching Change: Ozona Lions
Old Head Coach: Ray Brown -- Resigned after leading the Lions for the past 3 seasons to a 18-15 record. This was his first head coaching position. Was the Offensive Coordinator at Pflugerville Hendrickson and an assistant at Reagan County, Monahans and Big Spring.
New Head Coach: Edward Perez -- From 2A Olton where he led the Mustangs for 1 season going 1-9. Before taking over the Mustangs, he was the head coach at 1A Cumby from 2008-2011 going 16-26. He has also been an assistant or coordinator Muleshoe Middle School, Kaufman and New Diana.
Team News: The Lions had 9 wins last year after only having 16 in the previous 5 years.
