2013 Coaching Change: Edcouch-Elsa Yellow Jackets
Old Head Coach: Joe Solis -- Resigned after leading the Yellow Jackets to a 88-25 record over the past 10 years. He has an all-time coaching record of 126-69-1 which ranks him in the Top 300 in all-time coaching wins.
New Head Coach: Joe Marichalar -- Was an assistant with the Yellow Jackets. He played high school ball with the Yellow Jackets and played college ball at Sul Ross and Texas A&M-Kingsville.
Team News: The Yellow Jackets have had 8+ wins 8 of the last 9 years (4-6 in 2009).
