Texas High School Football Stat Leaders 2016 Week 10
As you know, Lone Star Gridiron rules the roost when it comes to keeping track of the top performers across the state. Currently, we list 20+ of the leading passers, rushers and receivers in the state. This list will grow each week and their totals will grow until we crown the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yardage!
Levelland's Nick Gerber stayed at the top of the passing leaders chart. He has a 548 yard lead over 2nd place. Robinson's Chase Allison took back 2nd place after falling to 3rd last week. Pampa's Brandon Steward moved back into 3rd place moving We have 30 passers listed with #30 having 2,406 yards.
Mansfield's Kennedy Brooks remained in the top spot on the rushing chart. El Paso Parkland running back Sophomore Deion Hankins stayed in 2nd place and El Paso Americas Joshua Fields remained in 3rd place. We have 25 runners listed with #25 having 1,510 yards. The top 3 runners have all passed the 2,000 yard barrier.
Robinson's Braxton Ashcraft kept the receiving lead and Beeville Jones's Waydale Jones stayed in 2nd place. We have 31 receivers listed with #31 having 961 yards. There are 6 receivers that are over the 1,200 yard mark.
