Mike Says : Jonesboro is looking for a little revenge from last year and they are my #4 team. Borden County is my #1 though and they beat my #2 Happy and my #3 Garden City over the last 2 weeks to get here. This week Borden County takes out my #4 team. BORDEN COUNTY wins it to repeat as state champions and win their 5th championship in 7 tries.
Chris Says : Despite a great run by Jonesboro, I think it ends here. If you take a look at their run it is a solid but when I pull up my team rankings, I see that every team they have beaten is a team I had ranked below them. Borden County however has been my #2 all season and when they knocked off Happy (my #1) they too care of someone ranked above them. When these two met for the state championship last season, it was a one-sided affair. While I can't really expect it to be as one-sided, I still see BORDEN COUNTY coming out on top once again.
