The winner will play the winner of the Sonora/East Bernard game in the Quarterfinal round of the playoffs.

Refugio is 6-1 vs. Poth since 1996 including a 34-19 win in the Regional round last year

Mike Says: Both of these teams come in undefeated and winners of their districts. Poth has been very impressive averaging 36.6 points per game while only giving up 11.2. Refugio on the other hand has been dominant. They have been scoring 64.5 points per game and have only given up 92 points all year long. Refugio's Lynx Hawthorne is one of the stars on that Bobcat offense with 21 receiving touchdowns. Poth will give them a good game with that defense but they will not be able to win. The Bobcats are and have been our favorites to win it all this year. The BOBCATS win 34-28!!!
