2012 Coaching Change: Beaumont West Brook Bruins

Old Head Coach: Craig Stump -- Leaving for 5A Humble Atascocita. He led the Bruins for 7 years going 58-23.

New Head Coach: Kevin Flanigan -- From 4A Crosby. He led the Cougars to an overall 51-38-0 record over 8 years. Before coming to Crosby, Flanigan was the head coach at 3A Orangefield (2000-2003) going 23-20-0. His only other head coaching position was with 2A Troup.

Team News: They will stay in District 21-5A with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Baytown Sterling, Channelview, Deer Park, Galena Park North Shore, La Porte and Port Arthur Memorial.
