Mike Says: The Mustangs got big news during the off-season bringing in former North Texas University and Southlake Carroll head coach Todd Dodge. They will need every bit of his offensive expertise after getting shutout in their final 4 games last year. They only bring back 21 lettermen so things will be tough. Look for them to go 5-5 or 6-4 in the regular season with a chance for that last playoff spot competing with Dripping Springs and Leander Rouse.

Chris Says: Coach Todd Dodge is a proven winner and he looks to turn things around in Marble Falls. He comes back to the high school ranks into a community that has all the right ingredients for supporting a winning football program. The question is not if he'll turn them into a winner, but how soon.
