The winner will play the winner of the Angleton/Pearland Dawson game in the Semifinal round of the playoffs.
The Cavaliers hold a 4-1 all-time series edge over the Timberwolves. Cedar Park got the win last year to win the district title but the Cavaliers won in the Quarterfinals on their way to another state championship. Lake Travis won their district matchup this year 24-21.

Mike Says: This will be another classic. Lake Travis led their matchup earlier in the year 24-0 in the 3rd quarter before Cedar Park made a late charge. Cedar Park can keep this one close and may be the only team left that can beat the Cavaliers. Consider this the early State Championship game. With that the Cavaliers will win their 5th. The CAVALIERS win 31-26!!
Chris Says: Both teams have been rolling through the playoffs and neither has been challenged since they played each other earlier this year. Austin Lake Travis has come out on top when it counts in the playoffs, but this is always a good game. Nobody has a better chance to beat Austin Lake Travis than this Cedar Park Timberwolves team. I am just not brave enough to pick them for the win. The CAVALIERS eek out another 24-21!!!!
